"I welcome the opportunity to express my thoughts on Tyler Garrone, both as a baseball player and even more importantly, as a person.  His ceiling as a baseball player is unlimited.  He has tremendous hand/eye coordination that allows him to wait until the last possible second before he swings.  And his bet speed is something that everyone who has watched Tyler swing is most impressed with.  There isn’t a baseball field, amateur or pro, that Tyler cannot ‘go out’ of.  In addition to his hitting, his foot and arm speed are above average as well.  Tyler will be a three time Captain of his high school team of a Class AAA school – the highest enrollment classification in the State of Pennsylvania.However, the most impressive attribute that Tyler has is his humbleness.  He has no ego.  He works as hard as anyone on the team and leads by example.  Sometimes he works too hard.  We had to send him home this past summer as he wouldn’t rest a hamstring injury that needed resting!  He is a class act from top to bottom and it has been an absolute pleasure coaching Tyler.  Everyone associated with the Power Showcase will be glad that they invited Tyler to compete – both as a player and a young man."
